Validación de protocolo para personas con úlcera venosa: estudiocuantitativo

Resumen

Objetivos: confirmar y refinar la estructura de protocolo de asistencia multiprofesional  para  personas  con  úlcera  venosa  atendidas  en la  atención  primaria. Método:  estudio  metodológico,  cuantitativo,  realizado  en  tres etapas:  elaboración  del instrumento, a partir de la revisión de la literatura; y validación del contenido, por medio 4 www.objnursing.uff.br                                checklist de metadados de la técnica Delphi en dos etapas: una con 51 jueces y otra con 35. El análisis utilizó el ín d i c e  K a p p a  ≥ 0,81 e  Ín d i c e  d e  V a l i d a d  d e  C o n t e n i d o (I V C )> 0,80, y  e l  t e s t  d e  W i l c o x o n  para comparación entre las dos etapas de validación. Resultados: se verifico que, de las 15  categorías  del  protocolo,  12  presentaron  mejores  puntajes  en  la  fase  Delphi  2.  En relación a los requisitos de evaluación del protocolo, se constató que las notas atribuidas por  los  jueces  en  la  segunda  fase  fueron  mayores  en  nueve  de  los  10  artículos, confirmando la validad del instrumento. Conclusión: la versión elaborada y validada por profesionales  consiste  en  un  guión  de  enfoque  para  pacientes con  úlcera  venosa  en  la atención primaria.
